Duties and responsibilities at this level will entail;
Drafting evaluation tools for local and foreign supplies management programmes;
Drafting accreditation tools for supplies management programmes;
Compiling all supplies management disciplines and their requirements;
Initiating the development, the monitoring and evaluation framework for accreditation;
Initiating the development accreditation standards and manuals; and Initiating the development policy guidelines for accreditation.
Drafting and developing core curricula for supplies management Programme ;
Developing guidelines for inspection and approval of collegiate training sites;
Person Specifications
For a candidate to be appointed to this position, they must have;
At least eight (8) years relevant working experience, three (3) years of which must have been in a supervisory role
Bachelor's degree in any of the following disciplines: - Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement, Commerce (Supplies Management Option) Business Administration (Supplies Management option), Administration, Finance, Human Resource, Law or Social sciences or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Master's degree in any of the following disciplines: - Supply Chain Management and Logistics, Purchasing and Supplies Management, Procurement and Supplies Management, Procurement, Commerce (Supplies Management Option) Business Administration (Supplies Management option), Administration, Finance, Human Resource,
Law or Social sciences or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
Attended a management course lasting not less than four (4) weeks from a recognized institution.
