In more detail, the areas of responsibility include:
Play a key role in streamlining, enhancing and launching products in the division and executing the product strategy.
Play a key role in partner evaluation, onboarding and review.
Support the team by developing product policies across all products in the division.
Play a key role in formulating processes and systems across all products in the division.
Assist in keeping track and resolving of internal audit issues for all products.
Conduct market research to identify opportunities to streamline, enhance and launch Zamara retail products and as well to have a better understanding of the target audience.
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities.
Work with with the marketing function to come up with product tools & ensure compliance with KYC/AML and FATCA requirements and any such other collaborations in the middle office
Assist in managing regulatory relationships both for existing products and additions to the product stack.
Assist in coordinating service providers & internal functions (GRC, Finance, Admin, Fund Accounting).
Preparation and review of all contracts, policies, agreements, licenses and any such documents as required from time to time.
Prepare any such documentation and resolutions needed in the service provider management process.
Formulation and review of all Fund and BOT good governance policies.
Ensure all secretarial work is completed as per regulation and as per the organization standard.
Meeting minutes and action points within the set guidelines.
Compiling and review of reports.
Preparing BOT packs for BOT meetings and member packs for AGM's.
Preparation of product reports as and when required and as per division standards.
Experience and personal qualities
The following experience is preferred:
Bachelor's degree in a business-related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in financial services, preferably in an relationship management environment.
Good knowledge of Zamara retail solutions and products.
