As a Product Solution Specialist will be responsible for assisting customers with their product needs, providing expert guidance, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. This position requires a deep understanding of our product offerings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and recommend solutions that meet the unique requirements of our diverse customer base.
Key Duties/ Responsibilities:
Provide technical support by fully understanding customer needs and requirements and availing detailed information on the products offered and the suitability for their project/space.
Collaborate with the business development to attract new customers and retain the existing customer pool, create product pitch decks and other client presentations to close sales.
Provide personalized assistance in selecting product solutions that align with customers' style, budget, and functional requirements.
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the Antarc's product range.
Coordinate with cross functional teams developing business plans to achieve company revenue goals.
Stay informed about industry trends, research products, competitor offerings and design concepts to recommend product enhancements and identify new business opportunities.
Educate customers on product features, benefits, and care instructions.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Ensure a positive customer experience by addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Offer creative and practical suggestions to optimize room layouts and enhance clients' spaces.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and insights to facilitate improvements.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in sales, business administration or its equivalent from a recognized institution
At least five (5) years in technical/product sales
Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience execution of sales strategies
