Our client, is looking for a competent , skilled, and experienced Real Estate (Property) Agent Scout to work in Kenya.
Job Summary: Our client is looking to hire a property scout who will be required to go out to the field daily and find flats about 1 month to completion for the real estate agency company to prospect for property management.  Key duties & responsibilities Route mapping: Targeting Waiyaki way (from Kangemi up to Regen), Eastern bypass (Utawala, Kamakis up to Ruiru), Rongai, Ngong, Thika Road (Thome, Roysambu, Kasarani).
Scouting for properties within our quality range and taking pictures.
Establishing the initial contact with the property owners.
End-of-day reporting with options and pictures.
  Skills and qualifications Experience: Proven experience in a similar position Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Competencies and Traits: Detail-oriented with robust problem-solving skills, and adept at maintaining professionalism.
