Requirements
At least four (4) years related work experience;
Diploma in record management or a related field;
A supervisory course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution;
Proficiency in computer applications;
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated results in work performance; and
Fulfil the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution.

Duties and Responsibilities
Overseeing the operations of Registry
Planning appropriate office accommodation for registry services
Tracking movement of files, documents and records in accordance with government regulations
Establish and manage records management system
Prepare disposal schedule and disposal of dead files in accordance with relevant government regulations
Ensuring proper, secure and computer based storage of files for easy retrieval of files
