Field Office Management and Student Conversions:
Oversee the entire process from student walk-ins to conversions across all field offices (branches, franchisees, channel partners) within the assigned region.
Achieve specific student conversion targets for the region.
Fully comprehend the business model and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) required from each field office.
Travel extensively across the assigned country, targeting major cities and towns to generate student business from Channel Partners.
Establish new channel partnerships in the allocated region.
Collaborate with Head Office and HR to effectively organize the region, identifying specific support needs from HO.
Understand and align the expectations and challenges of both the Business Units (specialized in specific countries) and field offices, and set up an operational framework in consultation with HO.
Process Efficiency:
Conduct regular reviews of field offices to identify and resolve bottlenecks, ensuring that service quality and speed are maintained.
Ensure that student-facing staff in the field are well-trained in relevant knowledge and SOPs.
Coordination with Business Units:
Collaborate with Business Units at HO to ensure field offices receive adequate support.
Liaise with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in each Business Unit to ensure field offices are equipped with the knowledge necessary to effectively serve their target students.
Regional Marketing Activity:
Plan and execute regional marketing initiatives in coordination with the Head of Marketing at HO.
Provide ground-level support for marketing activities in each region and assist in tailoring marketing strategies to meet the region's specific needs.

Job requirements:
