Retail Manager At Kipchimatt Supermarket

Responsibilities
Team Leadership Train and supervise restaurant staff, fostering a positive work environment
Customer Service Ensure high quality customer service and a pleasant shopping experience
Inventory and stock Oversee inventory management, restocking and order processing
Financial Management Monitor store budgets, control costs and work towards achieving sales targets
Visual Merchandising Maintain store layout, displays and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organised
Health and Safety Compliance Ensure all operations comply with health and safety standards regulations
Problem Solving Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively and professionally

Requirements
Diploma in business administration/purchasing and supplies
Minimum of 3 years experience as a retail manager or a similar role in a
supermarket or retail environment
Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in retail management software eg, POS inventory software
Knowledge of stock and merchandising process
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
