We looking for a Sales Executive Tender & Govn Sales based: KenyaJob Description :The job holder will report to the Tender & Government Sales Manager and will ensure the achievement of sales targets for the department by ensuring timely and accurate tender preparation and submission.Profil Request :a) Actively follow up on new leads and referrals from the GOK portal, websites, and newspapers to increase the department's leads and attain set sales targets.b) Participate in all Vehicle/ Motorcycles and after-sales tender preparation and submission to ensure timeliness and compliance with the specifications of the tender.c) Preparation of bank guarantees for the network as and when required.d) Prepare detailed reports for all tender opening results to ensure the availability of information required for the development and implementation of strategies that enhance future winning possibilities.e) Follow up on debts/payments for all units delivered in the departmentf) Pre-qualify credit customers and communicate with successful ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the credit sales process.g) Compliance with the sales Operation Processes to ensure minimal exposure to risks.h) Coordinate customer training with the Technical Team to increase customer loyalty and retention.f) Coordinate customer training with the Technical Team to increase customer loyalty and retention.g) Resolve/escalate customer complaints promptly for enhanced customer satisfaction.h) Maintain data and reports/tracking sheets on all tenders submitted and to be submitted per brand.i) Minimize cost at all levels.
j) Order bank management: Conform to SOP requirement on order intake to ensure 100% clean order bank.k) Follow-up with the sales process for customers' vehicle orders including accessories, conversion, and other special requirements, registration as well and delivery to ensure timely delivery of units to the clients as per CFAO Service delivery promise.i) Final delivery of units to the end customers.The job opening will close on 25th September 2024.
