Sales Executive Tracking Industry At Mnc Consulting Group Limited

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tracking solutions.
Conduct tele-sales activities to drive sales and meet targets.
Promote and sell the company's tracking services to businesses involved in cargo transportation and logistics.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts to prospective clients.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, presentations, and sales pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Sales Executive, preferably within the service or tracking industry.
Demonstrated experience in tele-sales and cargo tracking.
Strong knowledge of the tracking industry and related products/services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
