Job Description :
Managed sales for a big animal feeds company Must have experience of handling animal feeds for minimum 10-12 years) Must have experience of driving the sales strategy, market penetration, and revenue growth for an animal feeds division. Set performance targets, conduct regular evaluations, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team. Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Identify potential customers and expand into new market segments to drive sales growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and other stakeholders. Oversee customer service strategies to ensure high levels of satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Collaborate with product development, marketing, and production teams to ensure that products meet market demands. Contribute insights to the development of marketing campaigns, promotions, and branding strategies. Track sales performance, analyze data, and generate regular reports for senior management Use insights from sales metrics to refine sales strategies and adjust approaches as needed Must Have: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
A master's degree or MBA is a plus. Proven experience (10+ years) in sales and business development, ideally within the animal feed, agriculture, or livestock industries.
