Sales Manager At Transwide Pharmaceuticals Ltd

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Managing Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for, inter alia;
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls
Plan work schedules and timetables
Develop strategies to approach potential customers and increase sales whilst building a strong presence
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
Performance monitoring of all sales representatives.
Providing solutions to customer complaints and ensuring an amicable relationship with the company
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation by creating a rapport with clients
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in business administration, life sciences or a related field
Five years' experience in pharmaceutical sales management
Proven ability to lead a team to meet their targets
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
