Sales Representatives (7) At Hi Home

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team at our Langata/Garden City Mall branch. The ideal candidates should have passion for electronics and home appliances, excellent communication skills & strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities:
Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our product offerings, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Provide exceptional service to all customers, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
Assist in ensuring that the display stands are well-stocked and organized.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall shop performance.
Promote special offers and new products to encourage sales and enhance customer experience.
Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our products and services.
Work closely with team members to create a positive shopping environment and support shop operations.
Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in retail sales, particularly in electronics or home appliances is an added advantage.
Degree/diploma/certificate in sales & marketing or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport with customers. Self-motivated, target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
