Farmz2u's Sales & Marketing team is seeking a Senior Sales Associate who will be an outstanding addition to our growing team.
As a member of the team at Farmz2u, you will support the development of our operations in Kenya.
This includes supporting the user onboarding experience, overseeing analytics of user engagement, and developing relationship management to deliver against our growth objectives.
With our Kenyan team being small and growing quickly, this role requires flexibility and a problem solving attitude.
As an early Hitchhiker, you will influence the development of the team culture in Kenya, thus culture fit is a priority for the role. This role is dynamic and can be fairly unstructured thus the right person for this role is a good communicator and an analytical problem solver with a strong attention to detail.
The ideal candidate would have a natural curiosity in problem solving and can prioritize multiple projects and requests at once.
Your key duties and responsibilities may include the below: 1.
Develop and execute an aggressive Customer Acquisition Strategy to meet business targets.
2.
Manage the sales pipeline and identify new potential business opportunities by engaging potential partners and exploring opportunities.
3.
Manage relationships with buyers through phone calls, emails, and visits to ensure customer retention and portfolio growth.
4.
Address and facilitate resolution of customer issues, ensuring a top-class customer experience.
5.
Follow up and ensure prompt payments for services offered to customers; ensure timely debt collection.
6.
Remain updated on new product features and ensure continuous buyer education about these improved product features.
7.
Gather market and buyer information, and provide feedback to the organisation for product development.
8.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
