W hat you'll be getting up to: The Sportsbook Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sportsbook, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all activities.
This role involves handling VIP customer queries, assisting the live streaming team, and collaborating with various departments to optimize the sportsbook operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the iGaming industry, excellent analytical skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities: Support the live streaming team with administrative tasks and project coordination as needed.
Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP clients, providing personalized and efficient support.
Address VIP inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain detailed records of VIP interactions and feedback.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operational processes.
Collaborate with various departments to optimize sportsbook operations.
Assist in maintaining and updating operational procedures.
Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational planning and strategy.
Provide support in managing and resolving operational issues.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of sportsbook operations.
R equirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
Experience: Experience or strong familiarity with the iGaming industry is highly preferred, including knowledge of wagering and gaming products.
Experience in customer service is a plus, especially in handling VIP or high-profile clients.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot live streaming issues.
