Job Description Position Summary; Tools and Innovation, Supplier Intelligence Analyst.
The Supplier Intelligence Analyst will use data skills to prepare and transform web scraped compliance data for upload and sharing over the Network, as well as supporting the development of tools and scripts to automate manual processes across all of the Tools & Innovation activities. Key Requirements and Responsibilities Support and build web scrapers for the collection of compliance data. Design innovative solutions that align with business objectives, utilizing best practices and industry standards.
Execute data preparation activities for the Tools & Innovation team.
Execute internal QA procedures to ensure data quality.
Work with the Tools & Innovation Specialists and Leads to fulfill team objectives and assist with team projects.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code to implement automation solutions that align with business objectives.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions while adhering to project timelines.
Keep up to date with new regulations and changes in Assent's products to become an expert in your field.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, security protocols, and data integrity requirements.
Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent. This is not an exhaustive list of duties.

It will also be valuable to Assent if you have the following qualifications Bachelor's Degree/Higher Diploma from a recognized learning institution.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in areas such as research and data, scripting, coding, programming languages, customer support and services.
Beginner Python skills and interest in self-learning Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical team members.
Attention to detail and commitment to work with team members in delivering high-quality solutions within specified timelines.
