Baggins, the premier software, website, and mobile app development company in East Africa, with established entities in the UK and the Netherlands, is seeking a proactive and results-driven Territory Sales Representative.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating and increasing sales within their respective country and market territory, whether it be the East African, Southern African, or West African markets.
Key Responsibilities: - Sales Generation: Drive the sales of Baggins' software, website, and mobile app development services within your designated country.
- Market Research: Continuously assess the market trends and landscape to identify potential opportunities for growth and competitive edge.
- Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and ensure customer satisfaction with our services.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other Territory Sales Representatives and the Territory Sales Manager to align on strategies and share insights for improving sales performance.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets consistently to contribute to the company's growth and success.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, results, and forecasts to the Territory Sales Manager.
Requirements - Proven track record in sales, preferably within the software, IT, or digital services industry.
- Have at least 5-10 years in sales, this is not a trying role.
