Duties and Responsibilities
Duties and responsibilities will entail:
Verify information relating to recruitment, appointments, transfers and human resource management information systems;
Implement human resource management decisions within existing rules, regulations and procedures;
Collect and collate data for assessing training needs;
Prepare training projections;
Prepare agenda and minutes for Departmental Human Resource Advisory Committee; and
Any other duty assigned.

Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, a candidate must:
Bea Kenyan Citizenship;
Bachelor's degree in any of the following: - Human Resource Management, Sociology, political Science/Government, Anthropology or any other relevant qualification from a recognized institution;
Certificate in computer application skills fram a recognized institution; and
Registration with the Institute of Human Resource Management (Kenya).
